Is this more like Rocky Horror Picture Show or Sin City? If you cringe at musicals like I do (Evil Dead the Musical was fun but still.....) - whats the chances of liking this?
I am not one of those yahoo's talking shit to talk shit about this I did not like the idea of it from the get go. I hate Daren as a director to, but I gave it a shot and went to see it and I have to say I was completely right with my thoughts it sucked so much ass! I went in with lowered expectations thinking maybe I will find something good about it. I could not, I respect Spooky Dan's opinion on horror but yeah could not get into this. Its a strong idea of a horror musical just executed poorly.
Irish Mic... whenever you go see a movie with very low expectations, you're probably going to hate the movie. When you hate the director/cast, you will probably hate the movie. When you don't like the idea from the get go, you will probably hate the movie... get it? This film was made FOR the fans, and if you like it so far, you will probably like it. If you can't stand any of the songs/clips released thus far, don't even bother.
Well, I can't see how a combination of hating the idea of the movie from the get go, hating the director, cast, story, music, and whatever else can EVER allow you to enjoy the film.
I'm so freakin excited! I need to see this movie! COME TO BUFFALO!!! eh what am I saying, no one wants to be in Buffalo anymore... to hell with it, 'I' don't even want to be in this shit hole anymore.... Anyway, cant wait for the DVD release because that'll be my first chance to see it.
